    We offer pickup & delivery for laptops, iPods, iPhones and hard drives.
    We do not pickup or delivery for desktop computers.

    There are three options available:

    Manhattan Area Courier
      We'll send our courier to any address in Manhattan below 96th street to pick up your item. Make sure to enter the pick up address as the shipping address when submitting your order. We will call you to confirm the address and the pick up time prior to sending the courier. Remember to have your item ready in a hand carryable bag/envelope with proper padding to ensure safe delivery. The $29 fee covers round trip pick up and delivery.

      You can mail your item to us using your own box and shipping method. We'll mail the item back to you. We will send you an label to include with your item shortly after you submit your order. This label will have your ticket number and shipping instructions. The $19 fee covers return shipping for your item. The fee is waived on all approved computer repairs.
